Cassie is a graduate of the School of Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent University. After a period of working within the Education sector Cassie was asked to manage the day-to-day operations of Nottingham Pet Sitters and her ability to create an instant rapport with a wide variety of domestic pets, whilst retaining a professional approach with clients has seen the business substantially improve since her arrival.
Paul is a graduate of Nottingham Business School, where he achieved the Compact award upon completion of a Business Studies degree. As the founder of Nottingham Pet Sitters, he is responsible for all financial and marketing activities, as well as carrying out client consultations and general pet sitting. Paul is usually the first point of call for prospective new clients and appeared on Radio Nottingham this year to talk about the business. He also acts as a consultant for the RSPCA Animal Shelter at Radcliffe-on-Trent in Nottinghamshire.
Sheila is a welcomed addition to the Nottingham Pet Sitters team as she allows us to cover an area which now includes Ilkeston, West Hallam, Sandiacre and Long Eaton. Sheila has previously worked on a farm, for a dog groomers and also had some pet sitting experience before joining us. She has voluntary experience with the Blue Cross and is also studying a Canine Behaviour course at the Institute of Pet Behaviour.
Jo agreed to join the business as a pet sitter/dog walker to cover Wollaton, Nuthall, Kimberley and the surrounding areas. Jo is Paul's cousin and was persuaded to come on board after unfortunately losing her Pomeranian last year. Jo currently walks a diverse range of breeds, to include an Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Weimaraner, Border Collie, two Labradors and a Spaniel. She has proved to be a valuable addition to the team.
Shari-Jayne is a freelance writer and TV producer responsible for the book Real Crime and accompanying TV series. Shari-Jayne is a genuine animal enthusiast and proud owner of a horse. She is unable to own domestic pets of her own due to working commitments which involve her filming on location for periods of the year. House sitting gives Shari-Jayne the chance to combine her love of animals with settings ideal for writing.
